"La Fattoria", an old farm-house dating back late XVIII c.-beginning XIX c., was property of the Borbone-Parma family. It is situated 200 m from the town centre where you can admire the remains of ancient walls, Porta Lombricese Arc, a tiny theatre, the Minster and the famous Badia church (XI c) nearby.

"La Fattoria" is a three floor building. On the round floor there is a large living-room with the library where the guests have breakfast.
In the room there are also two big fireplaces and antique forniture.

Three bedrooms with their own private bathroom have just been renovated but they still mantain the past magic. They are large and comfortable and old-style furnished. There is a large garden all round the building that offers relaxing corners and some facilities.

Here you can take bicycles to go on excursions in the surroundings of the farm where you can admire many "Pieve" and wonderful views. The mountains and the sea are a few kilometres from here: towns of art such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Massa, Pistoia, Siena are from 20 to 80 kms far away.
